How It Works
Screen your workers in just a few minutes
Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth experience:

Assign Relevant Packages to Your Job
Navigate to the requisition setup section and assign relevant packages to your job. These will be the available package (or packages) a recruiter can run on a candidate.

Create a Request and Select a Package
Auto-Request: Navigate to the specific pipeline stage where you want to process background checks. OR
Manual Request: Click Advance and select the package you wish to run on the candidate
Afterwards, the background check process will automatically initiate with an In Progress status.

Review the Results
After processing, Turn will pass back a Complete status indicating the report is finished and your report is available to view.
Simply click on the Turn URL in the Notes field of the relevant candidate to view the report details in Turn dashboard.
